ADR Committee studies all matters affecting the field of arbitration, mediation, conciliation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, including review of current and proposed legislation. The committee also follows developments in alternative dispute resolution generally and interviews applicants for arbitrators in the Small Claims Court.
