NYCLA's Supreme Court Committee held its Law Day Luncheon under a canopy of great weather with 300 members of the Bench and Bar as they gathered to celebrate Hon. Barbara R. Kapnick, Associate Justice, Appellate Division, First Department
Judge Kapnick received the Justice Louis J. Capozzoli Gavel Award. The Committee also honored Hon. Cynthia S. Kern, Associate Justice, Appellate Division, First Department, with a Certificate for 25 Years of Distinguished Judicial Service.
