Will Drafting 101

Recorded On 06/08/2011

COURSE DETAILS

Drafting a will is one of the most common services rendered by an attorney. However, the proper preparation and implementation of a client’s testamentary instrument is by no means one of the simplest tasks since the attorney may have to call on knowledge from a number of legal fields. An expert panel helps you to identify the relevant issues specific to your client’s situation and provide guidance on drafting the clauses necessary to effectuate the testamentary plan.
