Since its inception, NYCLA has been at the forefront of most legal debates in the country. We have provided legal education for more than 40 years.
Recently, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) has become the preferred method to resolve disputes, both expeditiously and more cost effectively, rather than engaging in litigation. This has led many attorneys and alternative dispute professionals to think about opening their own ADR practices.
BUT —
What does it really take to run an ADR business?
Hear from our panel of experts as they discuss what is involved in the business of ADR — from multiple perspectives. After the presentations, there will be time for a question and answer session with our live and virtual audiences, followed by a networking reception where live attendees can mingle with our speakers and fellow attendees.
This is one program no ADR professional can afford to miss!!!
Program: 6:00 PM — 7:15 PM
Networking Reception: 7:15 PM — 8:00 PM
