Recorded On 05/20/2020

Join Susan Guthrie for a presentation that will provide dispute resolution professionals with a high level understanding of the basic practical and ethical considerations that they need to be aware of when offering online dispute resolution services.

The presentation will also touch on the basic functionality necessary in an online video-conferencing program to support an online mediation or arbitration proceeding as well as some quick tips for marketing your new online services.

The highlight of the program will be a mock demonstration of how to conduct an on-line mediation or arbitration.
