Learn from a panel of experts about the new process server regulations requiring the carrying and operating of an electronic device that recorts GPS locations while serving process; requires the transmittal of completed records automatically to an independent third party contractor; and provides new requirements on the electronic storage of the regulations on litigants and law firms from the perspective of a NYC judge, litigator and a process server.
