In light of the NY State Senate’s rejection of the Honorable Justice Hector LaSalle’s nomination for Chief Judge of the NY Court of Appeals and the subsequent confirmation of Judge Rowan Wilson, there is a heightened interest in the nominating process.
Our expert panel will engage in a lively discussion of the appropriate considerations for evaluating a candidate for the Chief Judge seat on the New York Court of Appeals, and whether the Court of Appeals nomination process should be reformed.
After hearing from our distinguished panelists, there will be time for a question and answer session with the audience.
