Since its inception, NYCLA has been at the forefront of most legal debates in the country. We have provided legal education for more than 40 years.
Building violations can prevent owners from selling or refinancing property and can result in substantial fines and penalties. This program will focus on strategies to resolve building violations in multifamily residential buildings, and practices to reduce substantial penalties as well as certifying correction of violations.
