COURSE DETAILS

While many courts and administrative tribunals have been closed to in-person appearances, the New York City Housing Court, OATH and DHCR have been moving proceedings forward by holding virtual conferences and hearings through Zoom, SKYPE and Microsoft Teams.

Our expert panel will discuss techniques to resolve cases during the pandemic, and provide practical information on how to resolve holdovers, nonpayment and administrative proceedings when the traditional courts are at a standstill.
