Join NYCLA’s Center for Corporate Governance for a discussion of the corporate governance implications of public corporations commenting on arguably political issues, such as voting rights, supporting social responsibility issues and taking political stances. The discussion will also focus on who gets to decide the company’s direction, what management must disclose and what the company and its directors cannot do.
