For the 47th year, Program Chairs Robert and Josh Kelner and a distinguished panel of litigators, judges and mediators will discuss what you need to know to litigate, settle or mediate/arbitrate cases.
Day 1 will focus on Preparing for Trial and the Topics include:

- Conference, Settlement and Mediation – The Rising Importance in Resolving Disputes
