The Impact of COVID-19 on a Client’s Life Insurance and the SECURE Act

Recorded On 07/22/2020

COURSE DETAILS

The COVID-19 pandemic and the recently passed SECURE Act have caused many changes that may impact you or your client’s existing life insurance policy. In addition, declining interest rates and a volatile stock market have further complicated the situation whereby a non-guaranteed life insurance policy is expiring prematurely as a result of your or your client’s neglect and inaction as a result of a lack of understanding of the current life insurance portfolio.

Our panel of experts will address the challenges and considerations one should consider as it relates to life insurance and COVID-19 and new legislatives changes, including how the CARES Act modified the Secure Act.
