Professional Ethics Committee responds to inquiries from lawyers with respect to the ethical propriety of their own proposed conduct.  It provides telephone advice to attorneys who require quick guidance with respect to ethical problems.  It publishes opinions and may write reports on a wide variety of issues involving standards of professional conduct.
