New York, NY — The New York County Lawyers Association announces that registration is open for its December Bridge the Gap program, From Deal to Lawsuit, an all day training designed for attorneys seeking a comprehensive introduction to both transactional practice and dispute resolution.
This program offers a structured overview of the legal lifecycle, guiding participants from the early stages of deal development through contract formation and the practical realities of negotiation. The course then moves through the progression of disputes, addressing breaches, pre litigation strategies, and the fundamentals of the litigation process. Ethics and professionalism considerations are woven throughout the day.
