October 14, 2025 New York, New York — Richard P. Swanson, President of the New York County Lawyers Association, recently appeared on Spectrum News to discuss constitutional norms, the rule of law, and the proper process of prosecutions, in the context of the indictment of New York Attorney General Letitia James for alleged bank fraud.
“The system of prosecutions under the rule of law is supposed to be…based on neutral evaluation of the evidence, and all people are supposed to be equal before the law,” Swanson said.
