New York, NY — The New York County Lawyers Association CLE Institute will present: Title Insurance Claims and Real Estate, Wire and Mortgage Fraud – Are We Covered? on April 27, 2026, at the NYCLA Home of Law located at 111 Broadway, New York, NY. The program is also available via webinar.
Join us for a review of the basics and red flags of real estate, mortgage, and wire fraud in real estate transactions.
The title insurance policy and specific provisions will be applied to confirm either coverage under the policy or denial of coverage.
Discovering red flags and prevention of claims will be fully discussed.
