Learn how to avoid some of the most common ethical mistakes that lawyers—especially newly admitted attorneys—often fall victim to. Our ethicists will also cover best practices that should be adopted and implemented by all attorneys, no matter what stage of their careers.
From conflicts to communication, confidentiality, handling funds, and using AI, this program will teach you how to protect yourself, your firm, and your clients.
