New York, NY, April 2026 — NYCLA’s Justice Center, in partnership with Fordham University School of Law and the National Center for Access to Justice, will co-sponsor the Artificial Intelligence and Access to Justice Conference on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. The program will be held at Fordham Law School and will also be available via Zoom.

This conference will examine how emerging artificial intelligence technologies are being applied to address the civil justice gap. Through a series of panels, participants will explore the current access to justice landscape, practical uses of AI in legal services, and the risks and safeguards that must be considered as these tools evolve.

The program brings together scholars, legal practitioners, and technologists for a focused discussion on advancing access to justice through innovation. Attendees will gain insight into how AI is shaping the delivery of legal services and what responsible implementation looks like in practice.

The conference is complimentary, but advance registration is required.
