NUMBER 297 1932
Question. in the opinion of the Committee, may a lawyer, without professional impropriety, circulate gratuitously among his clients, copies of a year book, and diary published by a lay corporation and purchased by him from the publishers, with his name printed on the front cover, with his compliments, stating his profession.
Answer. In the opinion of the Committee the method of advertising is inconsistent with the principles of Canons 27 and 43 of the American Bar Association and is not to be approved.
