The 2025 Annual Meeting will be conducted in hybrid format, in person at 111 Broadway and via Zoom.

On March 10, 2025, the following members were nominated as Officers of the Association by the Committee on Nominations, to serve a term of one-year:

Committee on Nominations:

In accordance with Article 15, Section 1 of the Bylaws, the President has nominated the following individuals to serve as the Class of 2028 on the Committee on Nominations:

Nominees for Officers:

Richard P. Swanson: Mr. Swanson has been a member of NYCLA since 1981 and currently serves as the Association’s President-Elect. He previously served as the Association’s Treasurer, Chair of the Board’s Investments Committee and Chair of the Supreme Court Committee. He previously served as General Counsel of York Capital Management.

Ronald C. Minkoff: Mr. Minkoff has been a member of NYCLA since 2010. He has served on NYCLA’s Board and Executive Committee, including serving as Treasurer. He is the Co-Chair of the Committee on Professionalism and Professional Discipline. He is a Partner at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz, PC.

Henry M. Greenberg: Mr. Greenberg has been a member of NYCLA since 2023. He has served as a special appointee on NYCLA’s Board of Directors. Mr. Greenberg is a Past President of the New York State Bar Association and is a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

Asha Smith: Ms. Smith has been a member of NYCLA since 2006 and currently serves on the Association’s Board, Executive Committee and Audit Committee and is Co-Chair of NYCLA’s Criminal Justice Committee and Member of the Justice Center Advisory Board. Ms. Smith is an Adjunct Professor at Farleigh Dickinson University and a dispute resolution professional. She is Of Counsel at Beldock Levine & Hoffman.

Jai Chandrasekhar: Mr. Chandrasekhar has been a member of NYCLA since 1991. He serves on NYCLA’s Board and Executive Committee, including serving as Secretary. He is Counsel at Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP.

Nominees for Directors:

Scott M. Berman: Mr. Berman has been a member of NYCLA since 1983. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the Foundation Board and is a former member of the Board of Directors. He is a Partner of Friedman Kaplan.

Hon. Dana M. Catanzaro: Judge Catanzaro has been a member of NYCLA since 2010. She serves as the Co-Chair of the Civil Court Practice Section. She is currently a Judge of the New York City Civil Court, New York County.

Jason A. Ganfer: Mr. Ganfer has been a member of NYCLA since 2021. He serves as the Co-Chair of the Real Property Section. He is a Partner of Goldberg Segalla.

Pauline Yeung-Ha: Ms. Yeung-Ha has been a member of NYCLA since 2021. She serves as the Co-Chair of Committee on Elder Law. She is a Partner of Grimaldi Yeung Law Group.

Joshua D. Kelner: Mr. Kelner has been a member of NYCLA since 2021. He serves as the Co-Chair of the Committee on Tort Law. He is an attorney at Kelner & Kelner.

Susan B. Lindenauer: Ms. Lindenauer has been a member of NYCLA since 1965. She serves as a Special Appointment to NYCLA’s Board of Directors and the Co-Chair of the Task Force on Administrative Law Reform. She is currently retired.

Thomas J. Maroney: Mr. Maroney has been a member of NYCLA since 1995. He serves as Co-Chair of the Committee on Membership. He is a Partner of Maroney O’Connor LLP.

Hon. Andrea Masley: Justice Masley has been a member of NYCLA since 2011. She serves as a Special Appointment to NYCLA’s Board of Directors. She is a Justice for the Supreme Court, New York County.

Russell D. Morris: Mr. Morris has been a member of NYCLA since 2000. He serves as the Co-Chair of the Committee on the Supreme Court. He is the Founder of The Law Office of Russell D. Morris PLLC.

Martha Cohen Stine: Ms. Stine has been a member of NYCLA since 2009. She served as a member of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Foundation Board and Chair of the Matrimonial Law Section. She is a Partner of Cohen Stine Kapoor LLP.

Nominees for the Nominations Committee:

Catherine A. Christian: Ms. Christian has been a member of NYCLA since 1990. She is a former NYCLA President and the Chair of the Committee on Public Service Awards. She is a Partner of Liston Abrams and a legal analyst for MSNBC and NBC.

Henry M. Greenberg: Mr. Greenberg has been a member of NYCLA since 2023. He has served as a special appointee on NYCLA’s Board of Directors and is a Past President of the New York State Bar Association. He is a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

Craig S. Kesch: Mr. Kesch has been a member of NYCLA since 2009. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors. He is the Principal of Kesch Law Group PLLC

Scott B. Klugman: Mr. Klugman has been a member of NYCLA since 2011. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair of Committee on Federal Courts. He is a Partner of Levine Lee.

Margaret T. Ling: Ms. Ling has been a member of NYCLA since 2014. She serves as the Co-Chair of the Committee on Asian Practice and serves on NYCLA’s Nominations Committee. Ms. Ling is NYS Agency Business Development & Underwriting Counsel at AmTrust Title.
