COURSE DETAILS
Hear from the Supervisory Attorney and Program Manager of the Estate and Gift Tax Policy Division of the IRS as she provides updates to estate and gift tax matters. She will discuss what happens once an estate tax return is filed (Form 706) and what triggers the possibility of an audit. She will also provide an overview of the gift tax return (Form 709) filing process.
