Deputy Commissioner of Sustainability at NYC Department of Buildings, Laura Popa, Esq., will provide a comprehensive review of Local Law 97.

This will include a discussion of The Climate Mobilization Act of 2019; Local Law 97 definitions and all regulations including compliance; good faith efforts; enforcement and penalties; a review of the 2024-2029 Decarb Plan and Article 321 compliance..
