There has been a rise in litigation in the area of wage and hour claims, as improperly paid employees have recovered compensation for missed wages, improper classification, ethical violations, and more.
Our panel of experts will provide a nuts-and-bolts look at wage and hour litigation from the perspectives of the plaintiff, the defendant, and a mediator.
