E-Discovery and the FRCP – One Year Later

Recorded On 01/12/2017

COURSE DETAILS

In the year since December 1, 2015, when the changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure went into effect, federal courts have issued numerous decisions interpreting their meaning, and have thereby begun to clarify their significance for litigants and attorneys.

Join us for a moderated discussion with a distinguished panel of experts, as they consider the FRCP changes, the lessons learned from federal court decisions of the past year, and the impacts these changes will continue to have on electronic discovery and litigation practice.
