For the 49th year, Program Chairs Robert and Joshua Kelner and a distinguished panel of litigators, judges, and mediators will discuss what you need to know to litigate, settle, or mediate/arbitrate cases.

This year, the program will fulfill the LIVE In-person Skills and Ethics CLE requirements, including a Cybersecurity credit, for first- and second-year newly admitted attorneys in NY. The program is also a great refresher for more experienced litigators, as well as a great resource for attorneys interested in litigation.
