Please join us for an in-person panel discussion focused on timely and complex cross-border family law issues facing bi-national and cross-Atlantic families with ties to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
Our panel of leading practitioners from across these jurisdictions will focus on international relocations, enforcement procedures under the UCCJEA and the Hague Convention, discovery mechanisms, and other timely cross-border divorce and custody considerations.
