Our Panelists (two frequent adversaries) will share their expertise on how to manage client expectations and how to respond to angry clients, distraught clients, clients who act like lawyers, and other difficult clients (and adversaries) in a professional manner.

Relevant Rules of Professional Conduct will be reviewed. Panelists will be appearing from separate locations to avoid any physical altercations.
