Collection Highlights
The New York County Lawyers’ Association prides itself on holding one of the richest practitioner collections of primary and secondary sources in New York.

Only a short distance from various courts in downtown Manhattan, the Library offers the space you need in its Cass Gilbert-designed reading rooms for research or for a few quiet hours to put the finishing touches on a brief.  In addition to major treatises and reporters, our unique holdings include:

Records and Briefs for the four Appellate Divisions, the New York Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court

Superseded New York Codes, Rules and Regulations (NYCRR)
Superseded New York City Rules (NYCR)
Superseded Charter and Administrative Code of the City of New York
Superseded statutes for all 50 states
New York State and New York City statutory materials dating back to the 1700s
Superseded federal and state statutes

Subject-specific reporters, including the Housing Court Reporter, the Jury Verdict Reporter, the Merit Systems Protection Board Reporter, the Public Employment Relations Board Reporter and the Loft Board Reporter

New York City and New York State Superseded Regulations
The Library holds superseded regulations as far back as 1913.  We will compile the older regulations upon request.

The Library collection includes some well-known legal works of scholarly value, including various trial transcripts.
