course is for practitioners who want an introduction and practical tips
on complying with the law and easing the burden on potential immigrants
and their families. Covered are immigration defense and removal
proceedings, political asylum and other topics useful for new or
seasoned immigration attorneys.

Ethical Issues in Immigration Practice
3 MCLE Credits: 3 Ethics
Using a series of hypotheticals, a panel of immigration experts and
ethicists will discuss the ethical issues that confront immigration
practitioners during the course of their practices and the best
practices for handling those problems.
