Course Description:

Join the Construction Law Committee for an informative program on Public, Private Partnerships.

A panel of experts will discuss:

(1) the current state of P3s in the greater metropolitan area; (2) the role of P3s in the development and delivery of transportation and infrastructure projects in the U.S.; (3) the ability of P3s to enhance delivery and management of transportation and infrastructure projects beyond the capabilities of either government agencies or the private sector acting independently; and (4) can we  balance the needs of the public and private sectors when considering, developing, and implementing P3 projects.   The panel will brief us on the latest congressional (federal) initiatives in P3s.
