Course Description:

Join NYCLA's Insurance Committee for another program in its series of Dinner CLE's -- taking place at The Home of Law, 14 Vesey Street, NY, NY.

NYCLA is proud to host its first program on hydraulic fracturing ("hydrofracking"). Two experts in the field will  discuss some of the insurance implications stemming from hydrofracking: Marc Voses and Steven P. Nassi, both partners in Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton's NY office.

The presentation will address the liability issues and claims that the oil and gas industry will
face so long as federal and local governments permit this form of shale oil and
gas exploration, and the coverage concerns arising from fracking, including a
discussion of the various insurance lines that face exposure to hydrofracking
risks.

Dinner will be served prior to the program at 6:00 pm

Program will be 6:30 pm -- 8:00 pm

Faculty:

Marc Voses and Steven P. Nassi, Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton
