Course Description:

Join Jaimie Field, Marketing Field, LLC, for an interactive program aimed at helping attorneys use social media, networking, niche picking and other techniques to ethically enhance their practices, improve their skill sets, service their clients more effectively and become more successful. Some of the topics to be discussed include:

  • Time management techniques for lawyers
  • Considerations you need to know to make sure you don’t run afoul of the Ethics Rules while “Rainmaking” or trying to build your book of business
  • Ethical Considerations of using Social Media for Rainmaking Success
  • The Ethical Rules of referrals and why you need to take heed
  • Skills can you learn from networking techniques which will benefit you in every area of your practice
  • The differences between Niche’s and Practice Areas
  • What you need to know about Ethics in your chosen niche

Jaimie B. Field, Esq. began her career as an in-house associate for a start-up entertainment company owned by the Jackson Family. As it was a brand new company, there were very few people on staff, so she began being called upon to perform tasks other than those related to law, including business development, marketing and public relations. It was there she discovered a passion and natural talent for that aspect of her job. In 2002 Jaimie opened Marketing Field, LLC, a consultancy devoted solely to law firms to help them grow by finding ethical solutions to getting new clients, marketing their firms, coaching and training attorneys and helping them develop individual strategies based on their individual personalities and talents.
