Course Description:

NYCLA's Federal Courts Committee, Program Chair Joel Silverstein, Stern & Kilcullen, LLC and this year's Judicial Co-Chair  Hon. Paul A. Crotty, SDNY will reprise the ever popular Winning Cases in Federal Court. A panel  of seasoned federal litigator will share their tips and techniques for successfully trying cases in federal court.

The unique feature of the program is that after each litigator gives his or her presentation, Judge Crotty will provide his perspective and insights with A View From the Bench.


This is one program no one litigating in federal court can afford to miss.
