Course Description:

 Two panels of industry leaders  will discuss LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate) --  the "Scandal  of the Decade" and its consequential effects.  Learn about:

  • the liabilities and potential recoveries of banks and investors ;
  • how the rates underlying trillions in existing and future derivatives and loans may be reformed;
  • ethical considerations in the wake of the scandal
