COURSE DETAILS
This program will discuss all the latest 2026 real estate laws at the federal, New York State, and New York City levels. The following laws will be discussed:
- 21st Century Road to Housing Act;
- Updates from HUD and the application of the Federal Fair Housing Act;
- Pied-à-terre tax surcharge for non-primary NYC residences;
- NYS Fair and Transparent Real Estate Listing Act;
- NYC Fair Chance in Housing Law;
- Amendments to NYS RPL Section 275;
- RPAPL Section 1921 regarding mortgage payoffs and satisfactions; and
- Many more important laws!
