Learn about the rules, guidelines, case law, and ethics opinions on developing legal issues relating to social media.  The panelists will discuss best practices, guidelines, and pitfalls concerning attorneys’ use of social media, gathering of evidence from social media, advising client on their use of social media, preservation of social media, and presentation of social media to juries.
