Learning how to operate in a team environment is a skill that helps attorneys work more efficiently and increases their professionalism. The program will provide a discussion of the behaviors that corelate highly with trust in teams, as well as other techniques that can be used to form cohesive groups. Adopting these methods leads to more candor and courage among team members, more effective team decisions and more sustained effort behind team decisions.
