Learning how to operate in a team environment is a skill that helps attorneys work more efficiently and increases their professionalism. The evening begins with a discussion of the behaviors that corelate highly with trust in teams, as well as other techniques that can be used to form cohesive groups. Adopting these methods leads to more candor and courage among team members, more effective team decisions and more sustained effort behind team decisions.

The second session of the evening will focus on how cybersecurity issues have become EVERY lawyer's concern -- both from a practical and ethical standpoint. Recent scams will be discussed as well as suggestions provided  for how attorneys and firms can adopt best practices for keeping their data and communications secure.
