It seems like emoticons, emojis, smileys and stickers are being used in communications everywhere. Yet, understanding the meaning behind the graphical representation can be much more complex that it appears, especially in the legal interpretation, when any misrepresentation can have serious consequences.

Our expert speakers will discuss: the importance of considering diversity, equity and inclusion in all communications and the importance of eliminating any words or graphics that can be interpreted as displaying unconscious bias, provide best practices as recommended by the National Center for Interpretation; and provide some eye opening examples of what NOT to do!

This is one program that no attorney or legal staff member can afford to miss!
