As attorneys, we must prepare our clients for major litigation events while rigorously abiding by applicable rules and ethics requirements.  Events such as depositions,  trials and mediations challenge both lawyers and their clients to perform well and appropriately.

This panel of experienced attorneys will convey innovative and recommended methods of client preparation for litigation events.  Topics will include psychology of client performance, "dress rehearsals",  video preparation, and techniques uniquely tailored to the client's personality.  The panelists will also explain the procedural rules and ethical issues attorneys should be aware of related to client preparation, including best practices for preparing witnesses, not "coaching" them.

* Also part of Session B of 4 Evening Bridge the Gap
