The small-group workshops will lay out your rights and responsibilities in fundamental aspects of the attorney-client relationship by teaching invaluable skills to attorneys starting out on their own or in a small firm.

The 3 sessions in Part 1 of the series will discuss the legal, ethical and practical considerations involved when you write retainer agreements and set your fees. Understand how to treat your clients so that they WANT to pay you for your services.

Part 2 will cover your rights and responsibilities when your client disputes your fees and the law requires that you arbitrate the matter..
