Join NYCLA’s Center for Corporate Governance for a program examining two critical issues for board, directors and their companies. 

Panel 1: D&O Insurance Fundamentals for Attorneys, Directors and Officers

A panel of experts from leading D&O insurance companies and brokers will explain the types of coverage available; issues and concerns arising with each type of coverage; the role of retentions; what happens to policies when the company goes bankrupt; reservation of rights; and tips for buyers in making decisions on purchasing insurance.
