The typical crush of attorneys’ workloads can lead to the production of written documents  that are rife with pompous vocabulary, legalese and  convoluted sentences that many readers, including judges, hate to read. 

This program will address this all too common problem by first discussing the perils of bad writing and then instructing practitioners on how to simplify their messages to write in an impactful, reader-friendly way.
