Join us for a two-part session designed to keep you in compliance with your ethical and business obligations. The first part of the session will focus on strategies for staying in compliance in such matters as:

-- Communicating with Clients: informed consent; material risks
-- Tax Compliance
-- IRS and State Audit Steps
-- Avoiding Criminal Tax Investigations

Then, in the second part of the program, Mr. Engelhardt will do a reading from his :gripping action thriller "where terrorism and taxes collide,"  Below the Bottom Line, to illustrate the concepts discussed in Part 1 and demonstrate how important it is for attorneys to proactively work to protect their law licenses.
