While  state and federal Task Forces have  found gender bias against female attorneys, litigants and court employees still occurring inside their courtroom, it appears that the problem is even more pervasive outside the courtroom at depositions and during negotiations.

Our expert panel will highlight the issues. as well as provide helpful recommendations for how to establish and maintain control of the deposition process.
