Faculty: Martin L. Feinberg, Esq.
Join experienced practitioner Martin Feinberg for a four-part workshop designed to help sole practitioners and small firms learn the skills necessary for beginning practice.
Learn how to draft retainer agreements that protect both the rights of the client and the attorney. Understand what is involved in setting fees for your services as well as how to get paid for performing those services. Finally, understand your rights and responsibilities when your client disputes your fees and the law requires you to arbitrate.
These small group workshops will teach invaluable skills to attorneys starting out on their own.
