The first session of the evening will feature a discussion of ways attorneys can use technology in the law office to help them practice more economically and more efficiently. The second session will provide a discussion of  how to read and apply the newly amended statute when assessing the validity and viability of rent overcharge claims that are submitted to Supreme Court in the first instance. The program will feature a "how to guide for assessing overcharge claims."
