This program will satisfy the first or second year SKILLS and ETHICS MCLE requirements for newly admitted attorneys in NY.

Attending all 3 evening sessions via webinar will allow you to satisfy your SKILLS and ETHICS  requirements without having to take a day off from work or ruin your weekend. Each session is scheduled at 5:30 PM and will end by 8:00 PM or 8:15 PM.

Sessions include:

Session A: Thurs. Jan.21, 2021: Winning Your Case with a Better Memory (5:30 PM – 8:15 PM)

Session B: Wed. Jan. 27, 2021: Becoming a Lawyer; Protecting Against Scams and Data Breaches

Session C: Wed. Feb. 3, 2021: Corporate Governance’s Often Pivotal Role in Litigation
