Everyone knows that attorneys work in high stress, competitive and highly demanding environments that often take a toll on their productivity, creativity, professional responsibilities and personal relationships.

Join Cynthia Pong, a wellness trainer for lawyers and former public defender, for a workshop to help you identify the negative effects of the highly charged legal environment and ways to deal with them. Using guided mindfulness exercises and other techniques, you will learn how to control stress and in turn improve productivity, creativity and the ability to uphold your ethical responsibilities as an attorney.
