Join NYCLA’s ADR Committee for a discussion from our expert panel about how to break an impasse in private and court-annexed mediations. Using 3 different scenarios, our panelists will act out how they would handle the matter in both the private and court-annexed mediation setting. After each reenactment, there will be a panel discussion and critique of the methods used and finally our panelists will provide their tips and techniques as well as answer any questions from the audience.
